Episodes 1-4

Welcome to our Esperanto course Passport to the Whole World. Through this video you will get to know not only the international language Esperanto, but also the Bonvolo Family. The episodes are broken into groups of four because that is how they are sold - so you will have an idea of what you'll be getting.

But - just a minute! Who are the members of the Bonvolo family? Well, right off the bat, they will introduce themselves. This is where it all begins! Pay close attention to the flaws in the characters as they tend to mushroom out of proportion into humongous problems!

Episode 1

What is Ruselo up to? He's having trouble finding his way, and people aren't as willing to help him as he'd like them to be. But luckily someone is at the information booth. But that's not the only thing he picked up at the booth. Right away, a reporter from Japan gets in the act. But the strange thing you'll notice right away are the other professions of the main actors: a Greek Philosopher married to a ballerina who never stops dancing around in her tutu! The other professions of the Bonvolo family are even stranger!

Episode 2

The end of the last episode ended with the serious distress call by a young woman wearing a dress with too many flowers on it. It's a real wake-up call for the tangled web about to be woven. In the mean time, Ruselo, the shepherd, is trying to make points with a sculptress, but doesn't quite have a handle on what art means. In the mean time, the girl in flowers tries to recruit the reporter to her cause - but he's not biting . . . yet. But wait and see! Who will come to her rescue? Is there anyone she can really count on?

Episode 3

The philosopher is starting to show his stripes as perhaps not the wisest person in the world. He's starting to dig himself deep into trouble little by little. He has a run-in with the flowery shop girl . . . and tries to help - but is it too much? On top of this, the reporter needs to interview her for a radio station . . . but she is too distracted, trying to sell her wares to keep from going bankrupt. Meanwhile, trouble really starts brewing between the shepherd and the runner/juggler - they just don't get along

Episode 4

To really heat things up, money has been supposedly stolen from the Bonvolo cookie jar - and blame is flying everywhere. The detective is hot on the culprit's trail . . . but is he being misdirected? It the meantime, the innocent flower girl accidently get the philosopher stone drunk - and he goes into such a stupor, he can't even recognize his own wife! In the meantime, the detective puts out an all-points bulletin on Ruselo, who was supposed to be a friendly guest of the Bonvolos.
