Cancellations/Refunds/Late Bookings: Full refund, less $200 administrative fee, will be made up to 90 days prior to departure; 90-46 days: $500.00 penalty per person; 45-30 days:
$700 penalty per room plus the cost of the airline ticket; less than 30 days, total tour nonrefundable. All applicable airfare and overseas operation cancellation fees will be added to the above. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will take effect upon date of
receipt by ST (Fax is accepted: 916/686-1129).
Please note, the above penalties are per person.
We strongly advise cancellation insurance, which grants full refund due to illness or unforeseen events. Insurance applications may be obtained from Dr. Phillips (please call for application - 916/924-1919 or 866/274-4826). Please note, if insurance is taken out within 14 days of initial deposit, the pre-existing condition clause is waived. See insurance application for further details.
Revisions/late bookings received within 30 days of departure are subject to a $100 per person revision/ late booking fee. Additional penalties may be incurred by the tour operator and/or airlines. Expenses incurred as a result of special delivery or overnight delivery services of tour documents or information to late registrants will be passed to tour member.
Refund or Exchange of Unused Arrangements: Hotel accommodations, meals, tour flights, transportation or other services not used by tour member are not refundable or exchangeable for other accommodations, services or features.
Itinerary Changes: A $75 charge (plus fare/tour difference) per person, per change will be assessed for those deviating from the prepared tour itinerary. No changes can be accepted within 30 days of departure. Itinerary change fees are non-refundable.
Special Assistance: ST and Glory QuestSM/TM Tours are not responsible for those needing special or handicap assistance throughout the tour outside the U.S. Anyone
needing assistance must have a tour companion traveling to attend to his/her needs.
Tour Price: Price per person, based on double occupancy, is based on air, hotel, and exchange rates at time of printing. Any increase in airfare and
ground cost due to inflation, fuel surcharge, VAT tax, dollar devaluation, and if tour falls under specified number will be pro-rated and passed on to tour
members. Air travel is on a scheduled IATA/ARC carrier.
Accommodations: Rooms have two twin beds and a private bath. Single rooms are available at an additional charge. Any tour member unable to find a roommate must pay the single supplement. A roll-away bed is available for a third person in a room. If room-mates are incompatible, one or both must pay for a single room.
Baggage: One bag per person (not to exceed 70 pounds) is allowed to be checked with total dimensions not to exceed 72 linear inches (length+width+height). A carry-on bag not to exceed 40 lbs
and 45 linear inches is allowed but must fit under the seat or overhead. Only
one check-in bag is allowed due to space limitations on the touring buses. Excess baggage charges from both tour operator and/or airline may apply.
Touring: The Itinerary is as described but is subject to local conditions at the time of the tour. Itinerary may change at the discretion of the tour director(s) or land operator.
Travel Documents: Each tour member is responsible for securing his or her own passport, valid for at least six months from date of tour termination. This should be obtained immediately. No visas/inoculations are required for U.S. Citizens to Israel. Travel to other countries may require a visa. Tour members should check with their physician prior to travel overseas.
Conduct: While on this tour, tour members are to abide by a God-honoring, ethical life style. Also, since at times alcohol can alter one’s thinking and reasoning ability, tour members are to refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages while on this tour.
Membership: The organizer has right to refuse any applicant considered incompatible with the interests of the party as a whole. Applying for membership
constitutes consent to abide by the discretion of the organizer and to defray any expenses resulting from
dismissal from the tour. Tour is based on a minimum number of participants. If less, there may be a price increase.
Responsibility: Sterling Travel (the tour operator), Glory QuestSM/TM Tours, all their hosts, escorts, and/or co-operating agencies in accepting bookings for the tour act only in the capacity of agents and clearly stipulate that they are not liable for the faults or defaults of other companies and persons that may be used in carrying out the tour services, nor for accidents, baggage losses, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, strikes, political unrest, riots, civil disturbances, improper visas, passports or other travel documents, defaults, delays from any causes beyond the tour operator’s control, acts of war, acts of terrorism, acts of God, or for any loss or damage resulting from negligence or omission of any supplier or other parties. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable to alter the Itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the tour operator, Glory Quest Tours, hosts, and/or escorts. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the tour members. The right also is reserved to withdraw this tour and to decline to accept or retain any persons or members of the tour. Tour operator reserves the right to cancel or change the tour, hotel, airlines or sightseeing, should circum-stances warrant, at tour operator’s judgment. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any acts, omissions, or events during the time tour members are not on board.
By the acceptance of tour membership and/or retention of such coupons, reservations, booking, exchange orders, receipts, contract and tickets after issuance, and/or by signing the Registration Form, this shall constitute tour member’s consent and
agreement to the above and an agreement on tour member’s part to convey the contents herein to his/her tour companions or group members. By embarking upon his/her tour, the tour member voluntarily assumes all risks of damage or loss involved with such a tour, whether expected or unexpected. Tour member is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.
In calculating the cost of the tour, we have relied on the enforceability of these terms and the tour member’s consent to each and every one of them.
